    I saw their ad on facebook. I immediately contacted their number, Ressy assisted me regards to my query. I had zirconia crown done in the clinic and the result was outstanding. My dentist was Dr. Zeinab, who is an expert in her work. explained everything and answered my questions.I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Clinic was clean it looks very new! The price is affordable yet the service is exceptional. Dentist, assistant and front desk are very professional.

    I had a tooth surgical extraction at Urban Medical Center, Dental Clinic, Satwa, Dubai last Monday, and I’m really impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease right away. The procedure was ok and almost painless, and the dentist (Doctor)explained everything clearly, which helped a lot. Recovery has been smooth so far, thanks to their great care. Highly recommend this place!

    Very accommodating and approachable staffs, the dentist who extracted my tooth was also kind, given that there was anesthesia but I can say that his hand was light when extracting my tooth.     That Nano Whitening was absolutely a surprise for me just in one session. From Shade C2/A2. Am now C1/A1. No pain. Less sensitivity which is tolerable during the very session then completely fine the next day. The receptionist and the dentist were very friendly.

    Visited the Urban Medical Centre yesterday. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff was really helpful. The place was easy to find. The clinic itself was very clean.My daughter needed her teeth cleaned and was upset, but I was really happy how Dr. Zenab calmed her down. After she was done she looked very happy. I ended up getting mine done too 😀. We had a pleasant experience and very satisfied with the service they provided. We will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend Urban Medical Centre.

    I feel good about this place as they accommodate nicely and the ambiance and vibe was calm and clean.. and they will do great on there job to keep your teeth good and you can smile happily 😁 I was happy about my experience here.. for cleaning and fixing my broken tooth..Im satisfied at the result. And feel good after the procedure..not to feel so much pain..while in the process..And well explained what to do next as I still have more tooth to be fix..so I will probably go back and do the rest..Im happy at there services..not like the firstPlace I go somewhere in KARAMA to have the same procedure as I experienced before.. I was being bully by the staff they even took pictures of me while Im in the process without asking permission. I feel humiliated that time. Thats why I didnt come to any dental clinics after the incident.And the dentist was so unprofessional. Shes a Filipina and while doing the process shes talking wildly laughing so loud and not wearing mask and I can see from the flash light her saliva was raining on me while my mouth was open wider as she put something on me so my mouth stay still open on the process.

    The dentist and nurse who attended my needs and procedure was very considerate, informative and has good customer service. They are also very responsive in all my queries from online until I reach the clinic.I highly recommend this clinic as this is very accessible (near to Satwa Bus Station & bus stops), it is very clean and sanitized and they give good rates for their dental service. Urban Medical Centre, Satwa is now my trusted dental clinic here in Dubai :)

    I dont leave reviews, however, this Urban medical center deserves one!I saw there marketing campaign in Facebook and since it was close to my place I tried to called and visit them.I dont usually trust people right away but Ressy made me feel that i should trust them. Her willingness and patience to answer all my questions push me to come and visit them. She recommended Doctor Zenab to check my case.Doctor Zenab is very personable and professional. She explains everything clearly, and She will gives you options, as well as educated explanations for each procedure that needs to be done. She is also very compassionate.     I dont usually go to the dentist as Im afraid. However, I visited this place and the dentist is so professional and friendly that she put away your fear. I dont know her name but thanks to her. She wear a scarf. The cabinet is found in an old building but it is very welcoming. Clean and neat! Staffs are very helpful. Dentist make sure that you dont feel any pain. She provide so many advise. Price is affordable. I had teeth deep cleaning and it cost me AED150. They accept only cash though. RTA parking nearby.
