I had an operation for which many doctors apologized, and others advised me that the operation was difficult and that you should have it performed in America because of its difficulty. But you told me that I will do everything in my power to solve the problem. I said it with your confidence in your abilities. After God, write, hours after the operation, there is no significant pain and very slight swelling. But you ended up suffering from difficulty breathing for an operation you had 22 years ago to the point where you cannot comprehend the air that comes in. Sometimes our words betray our feelings.
