I just left there clinic and it’s my first time doing facial treatment, it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I really recommend it and I had no problems with any of the staff, machines, or even products they use. The receptionist was one of the sweetest most welcoming person, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before my treatment. My skin feels very smooth and glowing. I also had a very welcoming way of arranging my appointments and I was there on time and they welcomed me to the treatment on time. Best clinic!

Nice place! The result of laser hair removal is fantastic! I did 7 sessions on my arms and i stopped then after 1 year i just have touch up session with Ms Reena, she was so informative and very attentive of the needs of client! Kudos to her and to the clinic!

I received a hydrafacial at the my skin clinic and I cannot recommend this place enough. Glenda was amazing. The treatment was very thorough with amazing results. Once the treatment was finished she gave me advice on aftercare and which products I should be using to improve my skin for the future. The clinic itself is very clean and has warm welcoming staff. I received 5 star service from the manager after a mishap with my appointment . I was super pleased by the manner that I was dealt with and the fabulous care taken to ensure I was retained as a customer.As a patient I have always been happy with the dr here. I usually go for other services but this time went for Botox, and after doing Botox for last 10 years I can genuinely say this Dr is magic. It was painless and I didnt get the usual migraines associated with the muscles relaxing. truly he is amazing . Highly recommend the dr for his technique and the clinic for the patient centrées manager

Very impressed with the high professional standards displayed by the whole team during my visit. The receptionist was polite and offered me coffee whilst I waited. The nurse applied plenty of numbing cream, therefore, I felt very little discomfort during my procedure. The doctor was confident and the results speak for themselves. I was also offered a complimentary ‘touch up’ appointment a week from my initial one incase I wanted anything changed. Very happy with the overall service.

I’m very happy I came across Dr. Jawad. incredibly nice and genuine.My acne scars look amazing thanks to him and his miraculous hands. I’ve already developed a confidence in myself and I haven’t even finished carrying out the plan we discussed and chose.I was anxious and nervous the first time I went, but he was able to calm me down and make everything understandable. He really cared about my comfort during my appointment and was able to calm me down during the several treatments I had up to this point, including scar submission and TCA cross.The booking process was very simple, and Zeina was very helpful.definitely Recommend ❤️

Ive visited My Skin Clinic for Profhilo once and more recently, to dissolve fillers done by another practitioner that I didnt like. Both visits I was seen to by Dr. Jawad who was fantastic.My most recent visit (for dissolving) was the best experience. I was naturally quite upset and distressed as I didnt like the look of my face as a result of fillers done elsewhere. I reached out via Instagram and received an almost immediate response and then was given an appointment the same day. Dr. Jawad and the team at My Skin Clinic made me feel so at ease and explained that everything was reversible and then proceeded to dissolve the filler. The procedure itself took no more than 5 minutes, super quick and pain-free. I couldnt recommend the clinic enough!Thank you all so much :)

It was my first time in this clinic. Zeina was extremely polite, smilling and welcoming me. She instantly offered me some refreshment and informed me about everything. Then nurse Rina took me to the room, she was also very polite and calming. After dr Jawad finished with the treatment ( Profhilo ) he also told me some kind words, how brave patient I was. After he left, nurse Rina was considered about my pain and offered me to stay longer, relax and finish my coffee. Overall, very, very pleasant experience. You dont get that in Dubai, everything is for selling here. Instead, in My Skin Clinic one would actually feel special in a way, rather than just some customer who came to spend money. All recommendations!

Mia / F / 25 yrsI booked a consultation after spending a really, really long time researching and contacting clinics. First impressions are everything for someone entirely new to the world of injectables, and the welcoming team did a wonderful job of making sure that first impression was enough to book an appointment. I scheduled a consult for preventative Botox, and came in with a set of questions, all of which Dr. Jawad answered patiently.The consultation went very well, and we went forward with the procedure - luckily the receptionist, Zeina had anticipated this and booked enough time for me to go through with the procedure! Dr. Jawad was very gentle, to the point where no numbing cream was needed, and a follow up visit was scheduled a week from the procedure to ensure the effects are as desired and to assess if a top up is needed. I know many prefer that more Botox is injected during the first session to avoid the need for touch ups, but I understand slow and steady is the way to go especially as we are all different and its hard to anticipate how each individual will react to the neurotoxin (especially first timers, and first visits!)Due to a previous jaw injury on my left side, I also had an uneven jaw in that my right masseter was larger than the left due to over compensation. Dr. Jawad added a masseter Botox procedure, which should relieve this over time and also provide relief for my constant jaw clenching and tenseness.
