The clinic is quiet, not crowded, and impeccably clean, with a focus on serving one client at a time. The staff are truly amazing, treating you like royalty. Since my first visit, I haven’t considered going anywhere else.Nawal is very approachable and helpful when i need to schedule my appointment while Katya whos an expert always taking care of my skin and hair.. They even provide advices and follow ups after the treatment. Almost every week checking on you of the progress.. something i truly appreciate and value..

I’ll start from the reception which is handled by Ms. Nawab. She’s an amazing person and sweet. Very accommodating and joyful to talk to. Then, my dermatologist Ms. Katia she will handle your treatment with care (RF micro needling). When she’s going deep in treatments she will apologize in advance that she will hurt you 😊. This sounds so sweet for me. Lastly, the hydra-facial personnel ( I always forgot her name) but she’s doing an amazing job always. 😇

I have started my RF microneedling with dermapen in the clinic and i can say that it was actually amazing🤩. I have struggled with my pigmentation leading to melasma and as i aged my wrinkles are being show up too.But great that i see the changes of my skin from the day one of my treatment. Im about to avail more of the sessions for best results. Highly recommended best service to Nawal whose really accommodating and assistance. Ive tried so many dermatologists / skin clinics in the past for the treatment of my acne scars. My scars were mild but they were mainly a combination of box, rolling and pitted scars. I struggled for many years trying different treatments in the past but had little improvement. This clinic so far has delivered the best and most dramatic results through their RF micro needling treatments, and I really appreciate their expertise. Theyre very honest in their dealings, reasonably priced. The lady at the reception is very professional and gives honest suggestions. They have a great dermatologist who is genuinely willing to resolve the concerns. The result was noticeable and amazing after 2 sessions. I highly recommend this clinic.

Through my searches, I have visited many clinics, where I knew through social media channels.I thought that the offers are fake, as other clinics do, by putting an advertisement, and once.younreqch either they say the slots are completed or booked ahead, or they would say that it has expired, but in this clinic their add was a realistic.The experience I had was very pleasant, and here is why I decided to do the treatment with them:You get a follow-up call every once you tap the link to be contacted, along with a confirmation message in relation to your appointment.You get a follow-up message every day in relation to your appointment.Paid parking is available next to the gate.A small waiting area is available.You will be registered by the receptionist if it was your first time, and then you would be assigned with a nurse to take you to your assigned doctors.I was honestly having a doubt that I would get what was mentioned in the post, but since I entered the place, I changed my mind by entering the doctors room.You will see a big smile, and someone hearing you to give the best advice ever, and was deliveredto the comfort zone.The doctor gave me much advices how to take care of my skin health, as I have very sensitive skin.I loved the way that the doctor served me, and she did her best to allow me to reach the optimum level of comfortablity.I give a 5 star service to this clinic.I wanted to share with you my experience today as a realistic offer snipered from social media.May Allah bless you all.

I have been to over a hundred clinics but this one was an exception. Ms. Nawal is not just professional but also extremely kind and patient. She is always humble in her response to all the queries. The doctor takes time in listening to the skin concerns and offers genuine treatment. The clinic is decently priced and offers a variety of treatments for all the skin concerns. I had been suffering from mild acne scars and the doctor advised me to go for RF Micro needling with mesotherapy. I have done two sessions so far and I can already see good results. She only suggested one night cream (worth AED 30) and no other expensive night time regime. I am so glad to have found them and would highly recommend their service.
