Dr Frank recently removed a lump from my side that had been bothering me for sometime.The small incision is already healing very well and wont be noticeable once the swelling goes down.He was very clear when talking to me about the procedure and I felt at ease knowing that he was going to be doing the operation.A very good surgeon that I would highly recommend.

I have been visiting Dr.Frank for just over a year for scar treatment following surgery on my neck. I tend to develop keloid scars and, with his treatments, have fortunately managed to escape with minimal scarring. Dr .Frank also removed a large keloid I had on my ear earlier this year and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Frank is incredibly caring, professional, and explained all my treatment in detail whilst answering all my questions with patience. Most importantly (being in Dubai), I never felt pressured into doing any treatment. A huge Thank You to Dr. Frank and his amazing nurse (Hannah) and assistant Oumayma who make each visit to Genesis so smooth.

I went to see a few surgeons before I met Dr Frank Conroy for an abdominoplasty. He put me at ease and was able to explain how the procedure would work in a way that I could understand it. He is incredibly professional but also very friendly.I am 8 weeks post surgery now and the results are better than I could have expected. He has done a fabulous job I am thrilled and would highly recommend him to anyone for any plastic surgery needs.

I had a great experience with Dr Frank and the team at Genesis Healthcare. After being diagnosed with BCC on my nose, I was ready to travel back to the USA for a Mohs surgery to properly remove the skin cancer. Before making the long trip, I decided to see Dr. Frank. From the initial appointment he made me feel comfortable and provided all the facts related to the surgery. The Mohs procedure with Dr. Frank went very smoothly and my nose has almost healed. As I dont live in the UAE, Dr Franks office was able to review photos and provide advice after the surgery. I highly recommend Dr Frank for the removal of facial skin cancers.

In May I had my first appt with Dr. Frank. I had already decided I wanted a lift and reduction, Id kept an eye on Franks Instagram page and was happy with what I saw he is very honest in his own reviews of his operations which I liked. So I felt that my first appt was to know if I could have what I wanted done and when I could have the operation. On first meeting Frank and his assistant Oumayma I felt at ease. Frank was so welcoming, factual, relaxed, and not at all pushy. Just a lovely guy. Oumayma knows everything in regards to the process and knows how to answer all additional queries you may have and lightens the atmosphere with her lovely smile. It was very easy from start to finish, the operation was held at Gargash Hospital. They were also very competent and I felt like I was the only patient. I had absolutely no pain throughout the entire process and was only on paracetamol for minor discomfort. The bra was provided for me which was very useful as I wasnt sure what size I would be, since I had asked to be as small as possible but to suit my body shape. Dr. Frank visited me after the operation and the morning after just before I was discharged. Follow ups were booked and easily managed. My operation was on a Wednesday and I was back to driving on the Friday and back to work on the Monday. I didnt get anyone elses opinion as when I met Frank I could clearly see it wasnt necessary. I highly recommend him and his team, his nursing staff at Genesis are also very welcoming and the after aftercare is incredible. If your thinking about the same procedure go for it you wont regret it.

I have had an incredibly positive experience with Dr Frank. I genuinely couldnt think of a complaint if I tried. From the very first consultation I had with him I knew immediately he would be the surgeon I wanted. I had a breast implant exchange - I was really unsure of what I wanted to do and was torn between different options, even to a couple of days before my surgery I was having doubts and Dr Frank never once judged me, nor did he persuade me one way or the other - he just gave me the facts, advice, lots and lots of reassurance and I just felt so confident in his care. My surgery went fantastic, a couple of months post op now and I have had literally zero problems, I am extremely happy with my results and I cant thank Dr Frank enough, from start to finish everything was perfect. Whether you have a medically required or an aesthetic procedure, Dr Conroy is possibly the best choice you could make in Dubai. He is very transparent, not bias or pushy for any of the given options and he takes a lot of time during his consultations to answer all of your questions in detail. I went to see him for an aesthetic procedure as I wanted somebody who will look at things also from a medical risk point of few and who will guide me to what is possible and medically reasonable. And Dr Conroy exceeded all expectations in that. I can nothing but recommend him and his lovely and knowledgeable team Oumayma and Hannah, who always made me feel welcome and super well taken care of.

Excellent treatment from Dr Frank for our son who had a wide laceration through his eyebrow after he tripped and split it open on a table. At short notice, Dr Frank had sorted a temporary dressing before scheduling us in for stitches the very next day.Our son is very nervous in these situations and instead this felt like a day trip for him with the care of Dr Frank and the supporting team, including administrators and nurses. The stitches were minimal given the size of the injury the scar is now healing well. Thanks again!

We received happen to meet Dr.Frank and his nurse, expect for waiting period guessing we’re a bit behind schedule, we’re visiting hum get a second opinion post my wife’s mastectomy, chemo and radiation for breast reconstruction (implant exposed), his nurse was good enough to take all relevant details prior to arrival of doc.He did take time to understand the existing situation, discussed the possible option of surgery and other alternative bearing in mind the non stop visit to surgeons, doctors and hospitals for the past nine months and addressing my wife’s anxious mind of another possible surgery.Post the physical examination, he recommended her to continue with HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) and asked us to keep our fingers crossed, he patiently address all our doubts , concern and gave us an unbiased opinion.
