    Doctor Murtaza is highly recommended. I suffered severe pain for a week with thrombus. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment on the day I called the clinic.The treatment was completed within an hour and it was a painless procedure (which I was very anxious about).Dr. Murtaza Pithawala and his staff are amazing.     I went to Cosmocare clinic after looking around for a good place to do my laser hair removal. I want to say ive been searching for about 2 years, mainly because I was Ive been looking for somewhere that had a good reputation, machines and equipment they can stand behind that arent painful. I went in for my first treatment of full body, and I will say that I was so nervous .The therapist was really nice,I felt so calm because of her, she explained everything and made sure I was not in pain. Such lovely staff in the office, I cant wait to go back for my next treatment.

    I don’t often review places but thought it’s important to share such a positive experience to help people out there choose a good clinic when there are so many to choose from. This really is an excellent clinic, I cannot recommend enough! I’ve attended for 4 sessions of PRP therapy and derma-rolling so far, after having had a hair transplant in Turkey around 6 months ago. In terms of the PRP itself, I have had amazing results, with my new hair appearing thicker, fuller and healthier after each visit, and friends and colleagues noticing and commenting the same.My PRP sessions have been with Dr Murtuza, who also offered a free initial consultation. He is clearly a very knowledgeable doctor who has put me at complete ease each time I have visited. He acts with professionalism, whilst being friendly and approachable, showing total patience with my (many) questions each time I visit. He takes his time, always making sure I am tolerating the pain of the needle and pausing whenever I need to. I have asked many questions about more sessions of PRP and derma-rolling, and where you might expect a business to try to upsell at this point, this was not the case. Instead, Dr Murtuza gave an honest opinion, that I could reduce the frequency of sessions if I wish – a clear indication of truly patient-centered care.Equally, the nurses are an asset to this clinic and are also extremely friendly and professional.     Cosmocare is a really great clinic and especially Dr Murtaza he is so qualified in giving injections like filler and Botox without any pain.     My experience with Dr Murtuza was pleasant. I walked into his clinic infested with ringworms. Two months, two doctors and several wrong treatments later, he not just treated me but also took the time to explain the various stages of the fungal infection and what all the wrong treatment had done to me.     As a visitor in Dubai, i needed medical assistance which had presented many challenges for me. Firstly, as a visitor i am not covered by any local medical insurance and therefore will need to pay for full prices for any medical consultation or treatment. The second challenge was finding and trusting in a doctor or medical clinic as an inexperience visitor of this country.I started calling various near-by medical clinic to determine which was the best place that would fit into my budget. The first place I visited was on Sheikh Zayed Road, which seemed to be a high end medical clinic who offered a good initial rate for their consultation and services but once i visited their place the prices started to rise with all other Add on. The female doctor showed no concerns with my situation but rather the fact of your the one that needs treatment you need to pay. After biting the bullet and paying, i then come to know that she was going on holiday that following day and that i needed to wait until she gets back to proceed further with any treatment. I guess money and getting the sale is more important than a patient who is anxious and needs help.I decided to stop proceeding any further with this Medical Clinic on Shiek Zayed Road and looked for another doctor/medical clinic.At this time I felt hopelessness and also knew this would be an expensive process for me as i have to see another doctor and didnt know who i could trust. Luckily enough, i was then referred to Cosmocare, where i met Dr. Murtaza.Dr Murtaza was transparent and very knowledgeable and he explained in detailed about my skin situation , treatment as well as all the cost involved. He showed care in my case and was more concerned about completing treatment so a visitor like me can enjoy my remaining stay before i need to leave back to my home country.The Cosmocare team was also very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile every time i came for the appointment.     It was indeed a great and satisfying experience with Dr Murtuza. Last Nov 2018 I got a worsed acne ever all over my face. I tried diff product but no one works name it all 😭😭 and my last resort obviously is to seek Dermatologist that supposedly my first option. He prescribe isotretinoin(accutane) it really works on me but intially you will experience the side effects which is breakout with big bumps,dryness. JUST DRINK LOADS OF WATER! It will help 🤗 It took me 7mos and just last July finally Im done no active pimples so far after the treatment. Even if my period is coming and I dont have enough sleep I dont get pimples. I am left with scar and a litte bit of redness which is normal after 6 mos Ill work on that. Honestly its pricey but atleast its worth it! TWO THUMBS UP 👍👍🤗🤗 Satisfied client here. 😊😊😊
