Clearly, every small detail from the music to the equipment has been thought through. The staff are well trained and kind; the therapists gathered all relevant information and shared the right amount of detail. The Dermatologist (I worked with Dr. Parul) is superb. With her extensive experience, she is able to personalize her recommendations and is thorough with her diagnosis.

Even before I arrived at the clinic, the experience was impressive. Rachel and Henrietta were fantastic at communicating via WhatsApp, which is perfect for travelers like me who arent always available by phone. They shared a lot of information about the clinic and getting there. The best part is that I was able to reschedule via WhatsApp too; such a customer-friendly approach!The clinic has a truly royal vibe, making you feel special the moment you step in. Its neat and clean, and the patient flow is thoughtfully managed. Pratikshya did my facial and was amazing; she patiently answered all my questions, making the whole process smooth. Afterward, Dr. Parul did a post-facial check-up and thoroughly explained the next steps.Overall, Athena showed me the true value of a medical facial, and I’ll definitely be coming back for other services!

After 3 other clinics tried to just inject filler into my face, this doctor fixed my face without filler and gave me the best result I could have asked for at minimum cost.
