    Natasha is absolutely fantastic! I went in for a colour correction on my box dye bright red hair. She was not only able to remove the colour but also able to return my hair to its natural colour using toner and highlights all in one session which never in a million years did I think was possible to do. The cut is also amazing, she’s given my hair so much shape and volume back into it when I was so used to it being dull and flat. Thank you so much Natasha, you are incredible! I have already had 3 of my friends ask for your details as they are so impressed with my hair!

    Absolutely wonderful service. I got manicure, pedicure, full body wax, facial, back massage and hair treatment. The spa is clean and all the staff are lovely. I got my treatment from Asmaya, and she is so wonderful, she is professional, polite, very attentive and excellent at her job. I will come back again. Thank you.

    I did a hair cut and blow dry with Faten and she was phenomenal. Super professional, so kind and very sweet personality. She was able to understand my hair type immediately and cater a cut and blow dry to it.

Natasha, my hair goddess, not only leaves my hair beautiful, she also is the most sincere and caring person, and animal lover like myself.) All lovely ladies of the salon are super nice and sweet.     I love Hairworks! The staff are very friendly, professional and well trained. Melanie (Hairworks Umm Suqeim branch) has been my hair stylist for almost a decade now. I just come there and sit. Voila! She performs magic on my hair! (Haircolor, toning, treatment, trimming, blow drying, curling, name it!) She is extremely good. I can’t count anymore the number of times when someone asks where I did my haircolor because they loved it!

    I’ve been doing my hair color with Basma for two years now. I couldn’t find anyone who would fix it the way I want, more than that, I had different colors and every time someone would try to fix it, it would get worse. Uzma is a hair angel, she always does my hair perfectly and I am always shocked on how amazing my hair looks at the end!I’ve done 2 bright colours (purple & pink) with her, and she always makes it look twice as better than the photo or idea I’ve described her. She takes such good care of my hair and I appreciate her so much for that. I always get so many compliments for my hair from family and friends, even a lot of people ask me where and who did my hair, and I gladly recommend Hairworks and Uzma!

    Highly recommended. I have been a client of this saloon for more than 10 years and have Melanie as my hairstylist. She is really good and doesn’t do my hair in a rush. She even extends her working hours just to satisfy her clients. This saloon always treat their clients like a VIP. They also have good range of products. Look for Melanie for hair and Belle to wash your hair, Rosario for your massage and Jacky to do your nails. Their customer service is second to none!

    I love the vibes of the salon! Starting from the receptionist (Beth, flor and danica ) for being very welcoming and offering as drinks while we’re seated.     HairWorks Palm Jumeirah is my salon but their waxing services are at their Wasl Road location.Ganga has done for me: full Brazilian, legs and brow shaping. Experience was painless, conversation very pleasant. and I felt very comfortable, which is difficult for me (I’m shy in these situations hehe) I had the same waxing lady for 7 years. I also suggested Depileve Premium Wax, especially for the intimate area as the wax is soft as pudding and is excellent. Will definitely be back again!

I’d never trust anyone but Melanie with my hair — despite being bleached and dyed multiple times she keeps it healthy and shiny every single time. All the staff at Hairworks, like Minnette and Beth at reception, are extremely accommodating and really make you feel welcomed the whole time you’re there.
