While all the technicians Ive interacted with before have done an excellent job, but Miss Alina truly stood out.Her professionalism, communication skills, and caring nature are exceptional.     Got an emergency saline removal as I had bad brows done somewhere else and they were so professional and helpful. They stayed open for me even though they were due to close in 10 mins they still fit me in to help recover my brows. I just wish I found them before to get my brows done here.     What an amazing experience. The team were super friendly throughout the entire process of having my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done. They look amazing. No pain or swelling the next day (actually the swelling went down super quick). I had to correct the eyebrows as a previous beautician didn’t do it right! And now they look amazing.     Had my brows done about a month ago before my trip to Brazil and am so glad I did. My photos look amazing, people commented that I look younger and I am super happy with the results - my brows are much more defined than before as they were thinning with age. Yesterday I went for my touch up, the beautician was late and I was not happy, having woken up early for the appointment. I messaged Brows & Lips, they were very apologetic and offered my touch up for free! All is forgiven! The beautician did an even better job this time and my brows are looking very manly and defined. Thank you for the excellent service, they are very responsive on WhatsApp and I will surely go back when it is time for another touch up.

    I saw instagram works of this place and fell in LOVE! Place is tidy and super clean. Girls are very welcoming. I have done my lips and brows at the same time. My technician spent more than 20 min just making perfect symmetrical lips because my lips were coplete disaster! Now I just forgot about my problem at all and super happy every day!
